A Left Turn on a Sunday Afternoon

Usually at the first traffic light nearest our house, we turn right.  Today we took a left.

Gpa had talked about being 7 the other day.  Since school had started, I asked him if he wanted me to register him.  He said yes.  And in the conversation that followed, we talked about Frank, the horse he rode to school as a child.

Since my daughter has a horse,  I asked him if he’d like to ride a horse now.

“Yes.”

And that is what we did.  Don’t worry.  He had Gena on the horse and someone leading during the ride.
